  • Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

  • CRM and Analytics: We use HubSpot to manage communications and support. We also use a Google tag to monitor site traffic.

For customers in the EU, we adhere to a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross-border data transfers in compliance with GDPR.

We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that could have legal or similarly significant effects.

Timelier is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
