The Service requires access to your calendar metadata (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or ICS feeds). You grant Timelier permission to access, store, and process this data as necessary to calculate and dispatch reminders. You may revoke access at any time through your third-party account security settings.

If you choose to enable reminders to event invitees, Timelier will also require permissions to send email reminders on your behalf via your connected account or verified address.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Timelier offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Unless canceled, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

You will receive a renewal notification email prior to annual renewal. You can disable auto-renewal or change plans at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term.

Refund eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis, as determined solely by Timelier Inc.
