For an unverified phone number, Timelier imposes a limit of 1 SMS message per day to that number and 4 messages per month to that number. If you need to send more SMS messages than that to a particular number (up to the SMS limits of your plan), verify the number. Here’s how:
1. Click “Channels” in the main menu.
2. In the SMS section, click the pencil icon to bring up the manage numbers screen.
3. Enter the 10-digit phone number to be verified in the phone number box.
4. Check the box to acknowledge that you agree to receive SMS messages from timelier
5. Click “SEND VERIFICATION CODE.” A 6-digit code will be sent via text message to the phone number you provided. When you receive the code, proceed to the next step.
6. Enter the 6-digit verification code and click “VERIFY CODE.” If the code is correct, the phone number will be added to your list of verified phone numbers.
